Use the て-form to connect actions in chronological order; only the final verb carries tense.

朝起きて、顔を洗って、朝ごはんを食べます。

Build: I get up and eat breakfast. Then adapt it with your own information and say it aloud.

Build it: verb て-form + verb て-form + final verb

Watch out: Do not connect verbs with their dictionary form plus て.
